Can the light be aimed?
Yes. The arm swings left and right after installation. The height is fixed once the lamp is fitted.
Will it fit a sloped ceiling?
Yes, up to 30 degrees, with no extra adapter.
What do I need to dim it?
A Triac dimmer switch, which is not included. A standard push-button wall switch will turn it on and off.
