Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payment and billing work when you order from Comvilo. They complement our Terms of Service.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Depending on availability, these may include American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, JCB, and UnionPay. The methods available to you are always displayed on the checkout page.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fees.

Billing and charge timing

By placing an order, you authorize Comvilo to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any applicable shipping and taxes. Payment is captured at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Taxes

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current store tax settings.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment, you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; acceptance remains subject to our Terms of Service.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed. Please check your details or use another method. We may cancel unpaid or unverifiable orders.

Pricing accuracy

We work to keep prices accurate. If a pricing error is found, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Fraud prevention and order review

To protect customers and our store, orders may be reviewed for accuracy, payment verification, and signs of fraud before they are processed. We may request additional confirmation or cancel and refund an order that cannot be verified.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and are issued to your original payment method. If you believe there is an error with a charge, please contact info@comvilo.com first so we can help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
