Shipping policy

At Comvilo, each piece is prepared and dispatched with care. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your order, along with the timeframes you can expect. All timeframes are estimates and may vary with order volume, carrier conditions, and your delivery location.

Order processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit time

Once your order leaves our fulfillment facility, transit typically takes 7–15 business days.

Total estimated delivery time

In total, most orders arrive within 8–18 business days after order placement, combining processing and transit.

Comvilo currently ships within the United States.

Shipping costs

We provide free standard shipping. Where any additional shipping charge applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Couriers and tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local delivery partners, depending on your destination and the fulfillment route for your items. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after a label is created.

Split shipments

Because items may be prepared by different fulfillment partners, products within a single order may be shipped and delivered separately, at no additional cost to you.

Missing or delayed items

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you are unable to locate it, or if an item has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at info@comvilo.com with your order number. For items marked as delivered, please reach out within 72 hours after delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the matter.

Incorrect address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will assist wherever we can.
