Track Order

You can follow your Comvilo order from checkout to doorstep using the tracking details we send by email.

How tracking works

  • After you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships (usually after 1–3 business days of processing), we'll email a tracking number and link.
  • Carriers may take 24–72 hours to show the first scan after a label is created, so please allow a little time before tracking updates.

Estimated delivery

Transit typically takes 7–15 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 8–18 business days after order placement. Orders may ship from different partners, so items in the same order can arrive separately.

Haven't received tracking?

If it's been more than 1–3 business days and you don't see a shipping email, please check your spam folder, then email info@comvilo.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Tracking shows no movement

If tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
