Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Comvilo prepares, ships, and delivers your order, along with the timeframes you can expect. All timeframes are estimates and may vary with order volume, carrier performance, and your delivery location.

Where we ship

Comvilo currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every Comvilo order within the United States. If any additional shipping option or charge ever applies, it is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit time

Once an order leaves the fulfillment facility, transit usually takes 7–15 business days.

Total estimated delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days after order placement, combining processing and transit. These windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Couriers and carriers

Depending on your destination and the fulfillment route for your items, orders ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a local delivery partner.

Order tracking

After your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–72 hours for the first tracking scan to appear after a label is created. Because items in a single order may be prepared by different fulfillment partners, they can ship and arrive separately at no extra cost to you.

Processing and delivery delays

During busy periods, or when carriers experience disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer than the estimates above. If a delay affects your order, contact us and we will help.

Missing packages and tracking issues

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, or an item has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@comvilo.com with your order number. For orders marked as delivered, please reach out within 72 hours after the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the situation.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are unable to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will assist wherever we can.
