At H 61.8″ it plugs in on a 150 cm / 59″ cord and takes an E26 or E27 bulb you supply. It is rated IP20, indoor only.

The arm is the point of this lamp. Polished brass flexes by hand and holds whatever position you bend it into, so light can fall on an open book, swing across a side table, or turn away from a sleeping partner. No tools, no buttons.

Three materials do the work. A turned rubberwood column carries the furniture grain. Brass forms the arm, the base and the collar joint. The cream fabric shade is pleated over a metal frame and finished along its scalloped lower edge with a fine crochet trim, applied by hand, so stitch count and scallop depth vary a little from one piece to the next.

At L 12.2″ × W 17.7″ × H 61.8″ (L 31 × W 45 × H 157 cm) the shade lands near seated-shoulder height beside an armchair, which is where a reading lamp belongs: bright on the page, no glare in the eye.

A foot switch on the cord handles on and off, so you never bend down for it. The lamp plugs in through a 150 cm / 59″ wire and takes a standard E26 or E27 screw base, LED or Edison, which is not included. It has no dimming of its own, so a smart bulb is the way to change brightness. Rated IP20 for indoor rooms, on AC 110–240 V, with US, UK, AU or EU plugs.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1022/8354/2897/files/hf_20260902_170108_e5fab283-b77f-49d5-8955-bf0757417df8.png?v=1788372246
